Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions

All items bought during the Black Friday Sale (23 October – 30 November 2026) are final sale and cannot be returned for change of mind. Your rights under applicable consumer laws, including for faulty items, still apply (see Section 4).

1. The Promotion

  1. The Libra Black Friday Sale (the “Sale”) is run by Libra Cases (“Libra”, “we”, “us”).

  2. The Sale starts at 12:00 am on Friday 23 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on Monday 30 November 2026 (Cyber Monday).

  3. The Sale applies only to orders placed on libracaseshop.com during the Sale period. It does not apply to orders placed before or after the Sale or through other sellers.

  4. By placing an order during the Sale, you agree to these terms. They apply in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Where permitted by law, these Sale terms take precedence if there is a conflict.

2. The Offers

  1. Sale prices. Selected items are discounted by up to 50% off their regular prices. The applicable discount is displayed on each product page.

  2. Bundles. Selected bundles are discounted by up to 60% off the combined regular price of the included items. Bundle items are sold together as a package.

  3. Email and SMS codes. We may offer additional discount codes to email and SMS subscribers at selected times during the Sale. These codes are valid only for the period stated in the promotional message, are limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated.

  4. Discount restrictions. Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively to previous purchases, or used towards gift cards.

  5. Promotional pricing. If part of an order is cancelled or refunded, any applicable bundle pricing or promotional discount may be recalculated based on the remaining items, subject to applicable consumer laws.

3. Stock, Prices and Changes

  1. All offers are subject to stock availability. Certain products, styles, colours or sizes may sell out during the Sale.

  2. Prices and discounts may change throughout the Sale. The price confirmed at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.

  3. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, where permitted by law.

  4. We reserve the right to modify, pause or end promotional offers at any time, including due to stock limitations or unforeseen circumstances. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  5. We may limit purchase quantities per customer and cancel orders we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorised resale or involve misuse of promotional codes.

4. Returns and Refunds

  1. Final sale items. All items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, including if you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong colour or changed your preference.

  2. Faulty or damaged items. This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact info@libracaseshop.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We encourage customers to contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can assist promptly, but this does not limit your statutory rights.

  3. Consumer guarantees and warranty. Where required by law, eligible customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Our standard 1-year warranty also remains applicable.

5. Shipping

  1. Due to increased order volumes during the Black Friday Sale, order processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.

  2. Delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  3. Christmas delivery. We recommend placing your order by 14 December 2026 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed, including for orders placed before this date.

6. General

  1. We may update these Terms & Conditions during the Sale. The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to your purchase.

  2. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
